Pilot privacy notice

Clerk handles sign-in. Connected plans, coursework, school selections, profile answers and review requests are stored in Supabase. The staged pilot controls also store self-reported adult/parent declarations and minimal notification receipts in private tables; no transcript or message content is stored in those receipts. Uploaded transcripts are private attachments; they are not automatically parsed or emailed. Browser-local demonstrations store plans on your device.

Adults may manage their own plan or a child’s plan. This pilot does not offer direct accounts to students under 18. Account-manager declarations are self-reported, not verified age checks.

When enabled, PostHog receives filtered planning events. Academic routes suppress automatic page, DOM and raw exception payloads. Support notification emails contain a request reference and the account’s reply address, not transcripts or coursework. A school request remains stored with your plan.

Use Settings to export or request deletion of your plan. Contact harrisonvinett@gmail.com for privacy or account assistance. Shared or dependent account history may require ownership resolution before deletion.

Before wider release, legal review must settle retention periods, provider agreements, parent consent procedures, rights request handling and applicable jurisdictions. No legal approval is claimed.
